What is satanic star?

The Satanic star, also known as the Pentagram or the Pentacle, is a five-pointed star that has been used in many religions and spiritual practices throughout history. In Satanism, the star is often associated with the concept of "the five points of the individual self": the five senses (sight, smell, touch, taste, and hearing) and the five elements (earth, air, fire, water, and spirit). It can also represent the cardinal directions (north, south, east, west, and center), the five stages of life (birth, childhood, adolescence, adulthood, and death), or the five stages of alchemical transformation (nigredo, albedo, citrinitas, rubedo, and phoenix). Some Satanic organizations may use the Satanic star as a symbol of their beliefs, but not all Satanists identify with it. It is important to note that the Satanic star should not be confused with the inverted pentagram, which is often used as a symbol of evil in popular culture but is not necessarily Satanic.
